The catalogue is run by people, and you can talk to them. Below is the only official address — and the things settled faster without an email.
A PGP key will appear here once it exists: a printed promise in place of a key is an invitation to phishing.

What people write about
- An error on a listing: address, fees, terms, an outdated description.
- A disputed rating — name the attribute that is wrong and what backs that up.
- A complaint about a review: defamation, someone else's experience, paid text.
- A request to delist — from the service owner, with proof of ownership.
- Everything else: press, research, legal.
What an email cannot buy
A rating cannot be raised with money or by asking: it is computed from attributes, incidents and reviews. There is exactly one way up — correct the data it is built from.
Email is ordinary email; it does not become private because the address is ours. Write from a throwaway mailbox if the subject calls for it: the catalogue has no field for a real name and never will, and signing in uses an access key rather than an address.
