Bitcoin mixer that returns coins from accounts on centralised exchanges. There are two modes. In the classic one you send bitcoin to an address issued for the order and get it back at one or two addresses of your own — several transfers of different sizes within two to six hours. In the “CHIP” mode there is no payout transaction: you are handed the seed phrase of a wallet the service funded in advance, in fixed denominations from 0.01 to 1 BTC. That seed phrase is generated by the service, so the operator knows it too — the coins are yours alone only after you move them to a wallet of your own. The site names Binance, OKX and MEXC as the source of the coins it returns and says deposits are passed on to exchange accounts of third parties; it sells this as cleaning of coins with an “AML risk below 25%”. Orders are placed only on the Tor site through a request form — the clearnet domains are a showcase — and a CHIP order requires a Session or SimpleX contact, because the amount is agreed with the operator first. The site promises a PGP-signed letter of guarantee for each order; the key is published, and its fingerprint matches the one the site states. The fee is 5% plus 0.0007 BTC, orders run from 0.01 to 50 BTC. The FAQ says no logs are kept and order data is erased within 24 hours of completion. There are no terms of service as a document: identity checks are not mentioned at all, and for coins that do not arrive the only instruction is to write to support. The earliest traces of the service we could verify date from 2026: the PGP key was created in August, the clearnet domains were registered in September.
